The Communist Youth Organisation expresses its complete and unwavering solidarity with the Filipino people and their struggle for liberation from the three mountains of oppression: feudalism, bureaucrat capitalism and United Snakes-led imperialism.

Retaining our serious criticism of their revisionist deviation on the international split in the working class, the CYO nonetheless expresses solidarity with the Communist Party of the Philippines in their role as the vanguard of the Filipino masses, the New People’s Army as the real spear of social revolution in the Philippines, and the National Democratic Front as the active germination of a People’s Democratic Dictatorship based on the historic alliance between the proletariat and the peasantry. We hail the 57th anniversary of the New People’s Army as the mark of the devotion of the people’s fighters and martyrs who have given their lives in service of the exploited, oppressed, and toiling masses of the Philippines. We call on new generations of devoted cadre to unleash the energy of their revolutionary devotion to combat revisionism within the Party on the question of collaboration with labour aristocratic class enemies and prepare the struggle against imperialism for final victory. We commend the recent calls by the Party to finally extend international solidarity with Iran, including to the 2.4 million Filipino migrant workers in the region, as the u$ and zionist entity escalate their long imperialist aggression. We call on the Party to take up the magic weapon of building united front in the international realm and fully extend such to the steadfast leadership of the Islamic Republic with their absolute right to enrich uranium as Chairman Gonzalo stood with the Iraqi leadership during the Gulf War, and to the entire Axis of Resistance. We call on the party to reverse its position in support of compradorial Kurdish forces in the region and the revisionist TKP-ML supporting them. Down with accommodation to yankee imperialism! Unite the global struggle against the parasitic beast!

To youth in Britain, we call on you to take note of these facts. The Philippines are home to 30 million young people. 10 million are out of school. 3 million fall below the country’s poverty line. 2.1 million children aged 5-17 are labourers. 44% of countryside youth live in deep poverty unlike anything familiar to the vast majority of British nationals. THIS IS THE PRODUCT OF IMPERIALISM – the historic oppression and exploitation of the Philippines by the Portuguese, the Spanish, the Japanese, and today the Amerikan-led imperialist bloc with Britain as its junior partner. For instance, British owned Metals Exploration PLC – whose, let it be noted, largest single shareholder is Reform UK treasurer Nick Candy – unleashes deforestation, watershed destruction and “natural” disasters in their colonial plunder for gold and copper. When farmers, environmental land defenders, indigenous people, women and youth of Dupax Del Norte resisted by establishing a physical barricade a few months ago, 300 members of the puppet Filipino National Police violently dispersed it to allow the British firm – who employ 850 with superprofits here – to continue carrying out their sham permit granted by imperialist law. It should be overwhelmingly clear the role that British finance capital plays in destroying the lives of future generations of Filipino youth and the comprador Filipino state’s willing obedience to their semi-colonial puppet masters.

Our universities teach the sham of decolonial studies, yet they do not mention the NPA in their curriculum. NPA guerillas are bravely taking on the tyrannical u$-Marcos puppet regime while they and the masses they serve remain under bombardment from the fascist regime’s fighter jets and mortars. They are putting revolutionary theory into practice and they are sure enough sweeping the white devil imperialists and their compradorial puppets out of the Philippines. As the NPA fights for self-determination of the indigenous Lumad peoples, as must we fight for the self-determination of oppressed nationalities in Britain and their right to build independent institutions. As the NPA fights for Moro national liberation, as must we fight for the liberation of occupied nations from Aztlan to Aotearoa within the imperial core for the ultimate destruction of the Euro-settler empires, enemies of the Filipino masses, whom Britain gave birth to in resolving its agrarian question. An agrarian question that today remains deliberately unresolved in the semi-feudal nations under occupation! Today, rather than stolen land as a valve for dispossessed peasants, the imperialists in eager co-operation with the social-fascists – from the Melilla masacre under the Spanish “United Left” to Polanksi Green Party fearmongering over the testosterone of racialised migrant men – prepare and use the strategy of migrant genocide in a desperate protection of ring fenced imperialist spoils they require collaboration with landlord terror to extract. As the NPA and all present and future People’s Wars fight to end the semi-feudalism enforced by the comprador land-owning classes and their counter-insurgency forces, as must we elevate our fight against this imperial boomerang and its white nationalist shocktroops playing the other half in this genocidal war on violently displaced peasants, victims of imperialist aggression and imperialist climate devastation globally!

Our universities teach the sham of gender studies yet they will not talk about the mass prostitution of Third World women, children and gender oppressed men for the benefit of First World men and gender aristocrats! They will not talk about the murder of women like Jennifer Laude by Marine Klansman Joseph Pemberton! As gender buerocrats defend rape streaming platforms like OnlyFans, as many as 500 thousand – that is ONE IN EVERY HUNDRED – Filipino children are sexually abused via live video streams. Ranging in age from just two months old through to 18, and for as little as $25, these children are subject to sexual assault, rape and even beastiality with such abuse committed on a daily basis, sold to Amerikkkan, Australian and European men; also benefiting gender aristocrat petty pornographers paid superprofits for their propaganda production while shielded from experiencing the sexual terror patriarchy unleashes on the Third World. Our universities teach the sham of queer theory – even decolonial queer theory! – yet they do not discuss the anti-colonial resistance of trans and third gender Filipinos from Tamblot’s revolt against the Spanish to Ka Daisy’s martydom last year by the yankee-funded AFP. Academics promote NGOs and local initiatives, rabid homonationalist calls for the rights of First Worlder gay tourists, but make no mention of the queer fighters taking the gun straight to the head of the fascist state that refuses to shed its colonially imposed laws! We condemn the crypto-Trotskyists hailing these heroic fighters in the same breath as the civilising missionary pink imperialist fighters in northern Syria. This is the hollowness of so-called Maoism which fails to place the call for recivillisation on the oppressor nations! Only the Joint Dictatorship of the Proletariat of Oppressed Nations in tandem with the New Democracy the NPA fights for can sweep feudal and imperialist patriarchy away.

Our manufacturing industry – the one imperialist unions call to create more jobs in! – collects superprofits through selling arms to the u$-Marcos regime. For instance the ongoing supply of 8 Anglo-Italian AW159 Wildcat attack helicopters in a contract over 600 million pounds initiated under the former u$-Duterte regime, when the fascist state has been known to use helicopters to drop white phosphorus on its own village populations. Let it also be mentioned that Radius Aerospace here in Sheffield supplies specialised processes for the F135 engine as the u$ rapidly increase F35 deployment to the Philippines, Japan and Singapore in preparation for inter-imperialist regional war with China. Alongside the brain drain of the Philippines for its healthcare workers to sustain the since-birth bloodsoaked NHS, superprofits like these are distributed to the funding of this university, the funding of our public services and the surplus wage that all British nationals receive. Thus we on call the Filipino diaspora, youth organisations and student societies to take up patriotic revolutionary nationalism against the British state and stand in opposition to integration with parasitism! We call on young Filipino revolutionaries in Britain to join the CYO and reject economism and humanism as the NPA did through the initiation of the people’s war. To reject modern revisionism – Maoist in name yet Trotskyist in character – as the anti-revisionists of the Hukbalahap did and reignite the struggle in the diaspora on the lines of Maoist Internationalist Movement Thought

To all internationalist youths, why should there exist a division of revolutionary labour globally? Why must it only be Filipinos, Indians, Palestinians, Iranians, Lebanese, Yemenis, Kashmiris and every brave and resisting oppressed nation that puts themselves on the front line? The sacrifice of the fighters of the NPA should be a call for us to escalate revolutionary momentum here! We must reignite the student Intifada on the lines of Third World revolution, not social-fascism, we must harness the revolutionary energy of the youth in this role! Let us take the next wave of the student movement to greater heights! Let us ignite a struggle not just against imperialist wars but the every day of imperialism in every corner of the globe! Let us take in role model the students of the Philippines who were prepared to leave behind their petite-bourgeois ambitions, comfort and stability to take up the fight head on!
